    Please note that the measurements provided in the chart are approximate and do not guarantee a perfect fit for the bra. The size chart is a general guideline, and NESSA offers a variety of construction styles in its collection, which may vary in size.
    Swimwear sizes are larger than other NESSA bras. How do I choose the right size?

    We recommend choosing a bra one size smaller. For example, if you typically wear a NESSA bra in size 75F, select a NESSA swimwear bra in size 75E.

    The larger sizing applies specifically to swimwear bras.
    What is the order processing time?

    The order processing time is approximately 2-3 business days. The NESSA warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and orders are processed during these hours.
    What is the return period and how do I make a return?

    The return period for unsuitable products is 14 days from the date of receipt. Each package includes a return form (which you can also download from the website www.nessa.com.pl) that must be filled out clearly, including your bank account number for the refund.     Can I exchange a product for a different size?

    NESSA does not offer product exchanges. If the ordered item does not fit, you must return the product using the completed return form and place a new, separate order.
